SE Connector uses authenticated user accounts and role-based access controls. Access to operational hotel data is scoped to the properties assigned to the respective user.

Operational actions are subject to property permissions. Automated reservation processing can only be enabled through an authorized property configuration.

Critical background processes are monitored for failures and abnormal conditions. Operational alerts allow the SE Connector team to identify relevant processing issues.

Connections to external systems such as MEWS are configured and controlled as part of the respective hotel integration. SE Connector does not expose MEWS credentials to regular application users.
